ONLINE PILATES CLASSES AND RATES 

We first launched our online classes during COVID-19 — and our clients loved them so much, we decided to keep them going!

 

No traffic, no rushing to the studio. Just roll out your mat, grab a few household items, and you’re ready to move.

 

What You'll Need (and your pantry will do just fine!)

Our classes use a few Pilates props, but you don’t need to buy anything special. Everyday household items work beautifully:

 

Pilates Props - Home Alternatives

 

Large Pilates Ball - Sturdy Chair

Small Ball - Cushion 

Yoga Block - Book or Tupperware container 

Strap - Belt or Tie 

Foam Roller - Rolled up Towel and Bathmat 

Weights - Tin cans or Water bottles

TherraBand - belt or tie

How to Join

 

  1. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a WhatsApp link to join the classes.
  2. Before each session, we’ll send you an equipment list.
  3. If you run into technical issues during class, simply WhatsApp us on +27 084 888 8669.

 

 

Live Class Etiquette 

 

To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone:

  • Join only once the instructor is online.
  • Make sure you can see and hear us, then mute your microphone.
  • Log in a few minutes early to set up your space and props.
  • Please note: late entries cannot be admitted as they disrupt the class 

 

 

Monthly Membership - Online Group Classes

Our online group classes are run at set times each week, and ou can choose the package that best fits your schedule.

 

To ensure quality and personal attention, our group mat classes are limited to a maximum of 12 clients. This allows your instructor to keep an eye on your form and give guidance where needed.

 

We incorporate small apparatus into our sessions to enhance your workout, keep things fresh, and help you get the most out of each class.
