At our studio, we offer Private and Duet sessions on both the Reformer and Mat, complemented with small apparatus such as the ball, magic circle, foam roller, mini balls, and thera-bands.

Classes are paid monthly in advance.

 

 

📅 Bookings & Availability

• All classes must be booked in advance, as spaces are limited.

• The studio operates Monday to Saturday — class times are subject to availability.

• Sessions are by appointment only.
