TERMS & CONDITIONS

We currently offer Pilates on the Reformer and Mat with a variation of the following small apparatus (ball, magic circle, foam roller, small balls and thera-bands) for Private and Duet classes.

The studio operates on a monthly upfront payment scheme. However new clients are welcome to take up our Discounted Introduction to Pilates Package.

All classes need to be booked in advance as spaces are limited.

The studio operates from Monday to Saturday with times subject to availability.

All classes are by appointment only. Please call to make a booking or contact us by email, sms or whatsapp.
